Grantee's reasonable direction regazding safefy and protection of construction equipment, <br />persons, or the general public. <br />In consideration of the temporary easement by the Grantee, inc uding tree removal, the <br />Cmantor agrees to pay the Grantee in the amount of ??, <br />Dollars ($ c?G>); further, Grantor sha11 perform, cause to be performed, an pay any and <br />all cost, if any, for reasonable restoration of the premises after the right of entry is ternvinated <br />and the improvement project is completed. <br />T'he Grantor and the Grantee mutually agree that neither the recording of this instrument <br />nor its acceptance by the Grantee shall be construed as a dedication of the premises or an <br />agreement by the Grantee to accept the premises for dedication for public use as a street. Tlze <br />parties further agree that this temporary easement and right of entry for construction is effective <br />when signed by the Grantor and shall be and remain effective even if not recorded by Grantee. <br />The Grantor covenants with the Grantee that it is well seized of the pxemises as a good and <br />indefeasible estate in fee simple and has the right to grant and convey the premises in the manner <br />and form above wrztten.
