The <br />Commission shall work closely with the Recreation, Public Parks and Buildings <br />Committee of Council on all recreational programs. The Commission and the Committee <br />shall jointly submit an annual budget to the Finance Committee of Council, which must <br />be approved by Council as a whole, and shall make recommendations on employee <br />salaries and capital improvements. <br />155.02 Meetings; quorum. <br />The Parks and Recreation Commission shall hold at least one meeting <br />dur-"'R "'' '- d-._ month_per quarter, such meeting to be open to the public and <br />held in a public building, preferably City Hall, and a minimum of four members must be <br />present to enact any official business. In addition to the aforesaid nten4W public <br />meeting the Parks and Recreation Commission may, at its discretion, authorize the <br />Commission Chairman to call such additional special public er-elesed meetings as the <br />Commission feels are or may be necessary to properly discharge its duties and <br />responsibilities.
