<br />DESCRIPTION OF THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
<br />The Public Improvements consist of the following, including, in each instance, the
<br />acquisition of real estate and interests in real estate, demolition and remediation related thereto:
<br />• The construction and provision of water and sewer lines, storm water and flood
<br />remediation, and the provision of gas, electric, and communication service facilities for
<br />the Property, adjoining territory and other nearby areas.
<br />• Construction of Great Northern Boulevard improvements, including pavement, curbs,
<br />drainage facilities, extension, installation, acquisition, relocation of utilities, sidewalks,
<br />bike paths, landscaping, lighting, signalization, signage, and other public infrastructure
<br />improvements in or near the roadway.
<br />• Construction of Country Club Boulevard improvements, including pavement, curbs,
<br />drainage facilities, extension, installation, acquisition, relocation of utilities, sidewalks,
<br />bike paths, landscaping, lighting, signalization, signage, and other public infrastructure
<br />improvements in or near the roadway.
<br />? Construction of pedestrian and bicycle paths, walkways, path related trailhead and
<br />parking facilities in or near the Property or directly benefiting or serving the Property.
<br />? Construction of traffic signal system improvements, including but not limited to
<br />controller equipment, signal support poles, underground conduit, pull boxes, wiring,
<br />software control systems and associated hardware in or near the Property or directly
<br />benefiting or serving the Property.
<br />• Construction of or improvements to any other public streets, utilities and public
<br />facilities or improvements in and around the Property or directly benefiting or serving
<br />the Property.
<br />• Land acquisition, environmental remediation and demolition within the meaning of
<br />"public infrastructure improvement" as defined in Revised Code Section 5709.40(A).
