SECTION 3: That Chapter 1305 "One, Two and Three-Family Dwelling Code" which <br />presently reads in its entirety as set forth in Exhibit A, which is attached to this Ordinance and <br />incorporated by reference as if fully rewritten herein, shall be amended and, as amended, shall <br />read in its entirety as such amendments are displayed by boldface and as stricken in Exhibit A. <br />SECTION 4: That Chapter 1307 "Plumbing Requirements" which presently reads in its <br />entirety as set forth in Exhibit A, which is attached to this Ordinance and incorporated by <br />reference as if fully rewritten herein, shall be amended and, as amended, shall read in its entirety <br />as such amendments are displayed by boldface and as stricken in Exhibit A. <br />SECTION 5: That Chapter 1309 "National Electric Code" which presently reads in its <br />entirety as set forth in Exhibit A, which is attached to this Ordinance and incorporated by <br />reference as if fully rewritten herein, shall be amended and, as amended, shall read in its entirety <br />as such amendments are displayed by boldface and as stricken in Exhibit A. <br />SECTION 6: That any ordinance, or part of ordinance, in conflict or inconsistent with <br />this Ordinance, is, to the extent of any such conflict or inconsistency, repealed. Conflicting or <br />inconsistent provisions of any Ordinance shall be corrected at re-codification. <br />SECTION 7: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />imr.iediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare, and further <br />for the reason that it is necessary that this Ordinance to go into effect immediately in order to <br />continue enforcement of updated building regulations and to maintain compliance with OBBS <br />requirements; and further provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members <br />of Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the <br />Mayor. <br />PASSED: J, <br />ATT T: <br />MARIE GALLO <br />Clerk of Council <br />First Reading: <br />Second Reading: <br />Third Reading: <br />Committee: <br />DUANE K LIMPERT <br />President of Council <br />.4PPROVED: 1()1.,31 <br />? t?? <br />OR KEVIN M.
