Nor shall anv person make food <br />available for consumption bv deer. <br />(d) Any person violating any of the prohibitions of this section shall be <br />deemed guilty of am-ine? misdemeanor of the fourth deizree for the first offense. For <br />the second and subsequent violations of this section, the violator shall be deemed guilty <br />of a misdemeanor of the third €eur-th degree. This is a strict liabilitv criminal offense. <br />No verson shall make food available for consumntinn under Section SOSJS/c)(11. 7t <br />the offense to show <br />such ood. In addition, the court may order, at the violator's expense, that the wild <br />animal be transferred to an appropriate zoological or similar facility.
