<br />SECTION 2: That the Clerk of Council shall immediately forward an attested copy of the Ordinance to the Auditor
<br />of Cuyahoga County.
<br />SECTIOH 3: That the Director of Finance is hereby authorized to draw her warrants on the City Treasury for
<br />payment from any of the foregoing appropriations upon receiving proper certificates and vouchers therefore, approve
<br />by the Board of Officers authorized by law to approve same, or an ordinance or resolution of Council to make the
<br />expenditures; provided that no warrants shall be drawn or paid for salaries or wages except to persons employed by
<br />authority of and in accordance with law or ordinance. Provided further, that the appropriations for contingencies can
<br />only be expended upon approval of two-thirds vote of Council and for purposes other than those covered by the
<br />specific appropriations herein made.
<br />SECTION 4: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure immediately necessary for the
<br />preservation of the public peace, health, safety and welfare of this City in order to appropriate the funding of urgent
<br />city projects; and further provided that it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of the members of this Council, it
<br />shall take effect upon its approval by the Mayor.
