CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE NO. 2012-116 BY: Mayor Kennedy AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR VARIOUS ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGISLATIVE PERSONNEL FOR THE YEARS 2012, 2013 AND 2014 BY PROVIDING FOR A TWO AND ONE-HALF PERCENT (2.5%) RETROACTIVE PAY INCREASE IN 2012 AND A TWO PERCENT (2%) PAY INCREASE IN 2013 AND 2014 FOR FULL-TIME POSITIONS; BY FURTHER PROVIDING FOR A TWO PERCENT (2%) PAY INCREASE IN 2013 AND 2014 FOR PART-TIME POSITIONS; BY ADDITIONALLY ESTABLISHING AN AMENDED SALARY RANGE FOR POSITIONS WITHIN THE DIVISION OF MAYOR'S COURT; AND OTHERWISE RESTATING , WITH OTHER VARIOUS MINOR TECHNICAL CORRECTIONS AS SHOWN BELOW, THE COMPENSATION RATES AND DESCRIPTIONS FOR VARIOUS ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGISLATIVE PERSONNEL FOR THE YEAR 2012, 2013 AND 2014, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY, AS AMENDED. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: Section 1: That the following salary ranges are hereby established for legislative employees for the office of Council. The salaries in this Section shall be determined by City Council as appropriate. (BW = Biweekly; PH = Per Hour) To Pay A. Office of Council FROM 2012 2013 2014 ' Type 1. President of Council (established by separate OrdinanCe 2008-142, thrQUgh;gQ13) 2. Council-At-Large Members (established by separate Ordinancq,4QUP-,192, through 2t)11) 3. Ward Council Members (established by separate Ordinance 200$ 1;43, thrpUgh 2013) 4. Clerk of Council 1,576.92 2,2p7,70 2,251.85 2,296.89 BW 5. Temporary Clerk of Council shall rec eive $15 PH per meeting and not less than $25 per meeting. Section 2: That the following salary ranges are hereby established for employees of the Department of Law. The salaries in this Section shall be determined by the Director of Law_as appropriate.
