minimum qualifications / specifications prepared by the Recreation Commissioner. A copy of <br />the said qualifications / specifications is on file in the office of the Mayor. <br />SECTION 2: That the Mayor be and he hereby is authorized, upon approval of the Board <br />of Control, to enter into an agreement with the firm selected in the RFQ process. Said agreement <br />shall be in the form that is not substantially adverse to the City and which is approved by the <br />Director of Law.
