( <br />1321.01 General building permit fees. <br />1321.02 Heating, ventilating, air conditioning and refrigeration permit fees. <br />1321.03 Plumbing and sewer permit fees. <br />1321.04 Electrical permit fees. <br />1321.05 Plans examination fees. <br />1321.06 Permit conditions and special fees. <br />1321.01 GENERAL BUILDING PERMIT FEES <br />The following fee schedule shall prevail for all building permits required and issued by the <br />Building Commissioner: <br />(a) Residential Buildings: New Construction <br />' (1) One-family house ' <br />' i A. Initial fee ' 200.00 <br />B. Plus for each 100 sq. ft. of the area of the building, including the ' 10.00 <br />uppermost staries of usable area <br />' (2) Two-family house <br />A. Initial fee ' 250.00 <br />B. Plus for each 100 sq. ft. of the area of the building, including the ' 10.00 <br />uppermost stories of usable area ' <br />(3) Apartment houses containing more than two dwelling units <br />' A. Initial fee I 100.00 <br />B. Plus for each 100 sq. ft. of the area of the building including the 10.00 <br />uppermost stories of usable area <br />(b) Residential Buildings; Additions <br />(1) Initial fee ' 60.00 <br />(2) Plus usable floor area fee per 100 sq. ft. in all stories 9.00 <br />'(c) Residential Buildings; Accessory Detached Garages and Accessory Structures <br />(1) Initial fee I 60.00 <br />' (2) Plus per additional 100 sq. ft. floor area over 200 sq. ft. 5.00 <br />(d) Residential Buildings; Alterations Other Than Additions <br />' (1) Initial fee ' 60.00 <br />' (2) Plus for each $1,000 valuation in excess of first $2,000 ' 10.00 <br />(e) Replacement of Roofing and Siding, Windows, Exterior Painting <br />(1) Residential ? 60.00 <br />(2) Commercial ' 80.00
