<br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR VARIOUS ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGISLATIVE
<br />PERSONNEL FOR THE YEARS 2012, 2013 AND 2014 TO PROVIDE FOR THE SAME SALARY RANGE FOR THE SPRINGVALE
<br />MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR AS THE DIVISION OF PUBLIC WORKS FOREMAN AND THE DIVISION OF WASTE WATER
<br />COLLECTION SYSTEM FOREMAN; AND OTHERWISE RESTATING THE COMPENSATION RATES AND DESCRIPTIONS FOR
<br />VARIOUS ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGISLATIVE PERSONNEL FOR THE YEARS 2012, 2013 AND 2014, AND DECLARING AN
<br />EMERGENCY.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDA/NED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF
<br />CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO:
<br />Section 1: That the following salary ranges are hereby established for legislative employees for the office of
<br />Council. The salaries in this Section shall be determined by City Council as appropriate.
<br />(BW = Biweekiy; PH = Per Hour)
<br />To Pay
<br />A. Office of Council FROM 2012 2013 2014 Type
<br />1. President of Council (established by separate Ordinance 2008-142, through 2013)
<br />2. Council-At-Large Members (established by separate Ordinance 2006-192, through 2011)
<br />3. Ward Council Members (established by separate Ordinance 2008-143, through 2013)
<br />4. Clerk of Council 1,576.92 2,207.70 2,251.85 2,296.89 BW
<br />5. Temporary Clerk of Council shall rec eive $15 PH per meeting and not less than $25 per meeting.
<br />Section 2: That the following salary ranges are hereby established for employees of the Department of Law. The
<br />salaries in this Section shall be determined bv the Director of Law as aooronriate.

<br />The salaries in this Section shall be determined by the Director of Finance as appropriate.
