Page 6 of 6 <br />I= <br />A file review will be conducted for sites found on regulatory lists that will be provided by <br />EDR. Additional available files will be requested from the Environmental Protection <br />Agency (EPA). <br />Phase 1 Report Preparation <br />A Phase I report will be prepared which will contain recommendations for the next phase <br />of work. The report will include all appropriate documentation used in conducting all tasks <br />in the Phase I study and will include parcel documentation files for each parcel. The <br />report will address the study methodology, past and present land uses and their <br />relationship to possible contaminants within the project area, and a comprehensive listing <br />of potentially contaminated sites that may require Phase II investigations. The completed <br />Phase I Report will be submitted via ODOT's Online CE system. <br />PROPOSED FEE <br />URS proposes a Lump Sum Fee of One Hundred Thirty-Six Thousand Seven Hundred Thirty- <br />Seven Dollars ($136,737) to complete the Scope of Services as outlined above. URS proposes <br />a Lump Sum Fee of Four Thousand Five Hundred Four pollars ($4,504) for the If Required and <br />Authorized work as outlined above. URS will submit invoices based percent complete as of the <br />invoice period. Invoices shall be paid within thirty (30) days.
