1 <br />(2) If the offender previously has been convicted of or pleaded guilty to a violation of <br />subsection (a), (b), (c) or (d) of this section or of a state law or municipal ordinance that is <br />substantially similar to any of those subsections, the offender is guilty of a misdemeanor of the <br />fourth degree. <br />SECTION 2: That any ordinance, or part of ordinance, in conflict or inconsistent with <br />this Ordinance, is, to the extent of any such conflict or inconsistency, repealed.
