List of services may include the following: <br />• Check refrigerant charge. <br />• Check for refrigerant leaks. <br />• Check condensers and clean when needed. <br />? Check and tighten all electrical connections. <br />• Check condensate drains, pans and lines for blockage. <br />• Check blower belts for condition, tension and afignment. <br />• Check and lubricate all bearings. <br />• Check cooling and heating changeover controls. <br />• Inspect contactor contacts. <br />• Check, lubricate and adjust fresh air dampers. <br />• Inspect evaporator coils. <br />• Check for vibration and noise. <br />• Inspect all relays. <br />• Clean and adjust burners. <br />• Inspect flue piping. <br />• Clean and adjust all controfs. <br />• lnspect heat exchangers. <br />• Check overall operation. <br />GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS; <br />LK HEATING & COOL.ING agrees to inform the SERVICE DEPARTMENT of any <br />repairs needed or unsafe conditions of equipment. <br />LK HEATING & COOLING will afso perform emergency service for the sum af <br />$76.00 per hour during normal working hours and $114.00 per hour during overtime <br />hours. All parts will be discounted 10 peroent. <br />LK HEATING & COOLING wil{ endeavor to render prompt service hereunder, but it <br />is expressly agreed that LK HEATING & CODLING sha0 in no evenf be liable for <br />damage or loss caused by de{ay arising out of the performance of this Agreement. <br />The SERVICE DEPARTMENT agrees to operate the equipment per our <br />recommendafiions and to permit only LK HEATING & COOLING technicians to <br />work on the equipment.
