fi- Check running amps and volts. <br />7- Check condensate drains, pans and lines for blockage. <br />8- Check blower belts for conditian, tension and alignment. <br />9- Check and lubricate a{I bearings. <br />10 - Check blowers for cleanliness. <br />11- Check sight glass moisture indicator. <br />12 - Tnspect all safety controls for proper operation. <br />13 - Check cooling and heating change-over controls. <br />14 - Inspect contactor contacts. <br />15 - Check, lubricate and adjust fresh air dampers. <br />16 - Inspect evaporator coils. <br />17 - Inspect stardng and running controls. <br />18 - Check for vibration and noise. <br />19 - Inspect all relays. <br />20 - Clean and adjust burners. <br />21 - Inspect flue piping. <br />22 - Clean and adjust pilots. <br />23 - Clean and adjust all controls. <br />24 - Inspect heat exchangers. <br />25 - Check overall operation. <br />26 - Brush indoor coils where needed. <br />GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: <br />LK HE4TING & COOLING agrees to inform the Service Department at N.O. Service Garage <br />of any repairs needed ar unsafe canditions of equipment. <br />l.K HEATING & COOLING will also perform emergency service for the sum of $76.00 per <br />hour during normal working hours and $114.00 per hour during overtime hours. All parts <br />will be discounted 10 percent. <br />LK HEATING & COOLING will endeavor to render prompt service hereunder, but it is <br />expressly agreed that lJC HEATING & COOLING shall in no event be fiable for damage or <br />loss caused by delay arising out of the performance of this Agreement. <br />THE CIZY OF NORTH 4LMSTED - SERVICE GARAGE agrees to operate the equipment per <br />our recommendations and to permit only LK HEATING & COOLING technicians to work on <br />the equipment.
