10- <br />Ordinance No. 2006-195 <br />Be amended, and, as amended, shall read as follows: <br />? <br />"Section 1: That there is hereby established a program fee of . <br />eighty dollars ($80.00) to be charged to the parent or other guardian of each juvenile who <br />participates in the Community Diversion Program of the <br />Division of Youth Services. In addition to this fee, each said parent or <br />guardian of a juvenile, who violates the Program's guidelines and is filed upon in Juvenile <br />Court within one year of his or her admission to the Program, shall pay an administrative fee <br />which shall be no less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) and no greater than one hundred <br />dollars ($100.00). Said administrative fee in each case shall be determined by the Y-BP <br />EseiFdiiiate? Administrator of the Division of Youth Services, who shall base it upon the <br />severity of the violation committed. All fees provided for herein, which are collected by Y44P <br />Geofdinater- the Administrator of the Division of Youth Services, shall be used exclusively <br />for *BP Division of Youth Services services, including, but not limited to, programs and <br />interventions for youths and families involved in community diversion. " <br />SECTION 2: That any Ordinance or parts of Ordinances inconsistent with or in <br />conflict with this Ordinance, to the extent of any such inconsistency or conflict with this <br />Ordinance, be and hereby are repealed. <br />SECTION 3: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after the <br />earliest period allowed by law. <br />? <br />PASSED: ?i.Ll.?iw?-???1 i a-n?6 <br />ATTE T.AR ARA L.
