Provided further, that the appropriations for contingencies can <br />only be expended upon approval of two-thirds vote of Council and for purposes other than those covered by the <br />specific appropriations herein made. <br />SECTION 4: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force at the earliest date permitted by Article IV, <br />Section 12, of the Charter of the City of North Olmsted. <br />? <br />PASSED: <br />Y? <br />ra L.
