Aow*? ? <br />Ordinance No. 2006 - 162 <br />SECTION 2: That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby directed to cause <br />notice of a Public Hearing hereon to be given pursuant to the provisions of Section 14 of <br />Article IV of the Charter of the City of North Olmsted and Section 1127.03 of the North <br />Olmsted Zoning Code. <br />SECTION 3: That, in all other respects, the North Olmsted Zoning Code, as <br />amended and supplemented from time to time, shall remain in full force and effect. <br />SECTION 4: That the original Chapter 1118 of the Zoning Code amended herein <br />is expressly repealed, and all other ordinances or parts of ordinances or resolutions that <br />are inconsistent or in conflict with the newly amended section are likewise repealed to the <br />extent of such inconsistency or conflict only. <br />SECTION 5: That, if any section, paragraph, sentence, clause, phrase, term, <br />provision or part of this Ordinance shall be adjudged by any court of competent <br />jurisdiction to be invalid or inoperative, such judgment shall not affect, impair or <br />invalidate the remainder thereof, but shall be confined in its operation to the section, <br />paragraph, sentence, clause, phrase, term, provision or part thereof directly involved in <br />the controversy in which such judgment shall have been rendered. <br />SECTION 6: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after <br />the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: <br />A ST.• <br />l <br />BSEMAN <br />Clerk of Council <br />APPROVED: d-1 03 C?? <br />First Reading: L?119 D G <br />Second Reading: !a. .21 OG <br />Third Reading: 11'a U <br />Committee: <br />KEVIN M.
