?. ? <br />Ordinance No. 2006-154 <br />SECTION 2: That the Mayor be and he hereby is authorized, upon approval of <br />the Board of Control, to enter into an agreement or agreements with the person and/or <br />firms selected in the RFP process. Said agreement shall be in the form of the Agreement <br />attached to this Ordinance as Exhibit B, with such additional modifications and changes <br />in form or in substance that are not substantially adverse to the City and which are <br />approved by the Director of Law. The character of any such changes as not being <br />substantially adverse to the City shall be evidenced conclusively by the execution of the <br />agreement by the Mayor and the approval of the agreement by the Director of Law. <br />SECTION 3: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare and for <br />the further reason that it is necessary that this legislation go into effect immediately in <br />order to comply with current federal law obligations, and further provided that it receives <br />the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members of Council, it shall take effect and be in <br />force immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: &Ii& ? ?° 4 <br />First Reading: _ <br />Second Reading: <br />Third Reading.• <br />Committee: ? <br />S/o b <br />9 U10 <br />/0 3 d G <br />ATTEST.• <br />BARBARA L.
