?
,-?od6 - /.s 3
CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED
Request for Proposals
CONSULTANT SERVICES FOR THE ANALYSIS OF
MUNICIPAL INFRASTRUCTURE AND FACILITIES FOR CONFORMANCE
TO THE AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT (ADA)
The City of North Olmsted is requesting proposals to provide professional consultant services for
the analysis of municipal infrastructure and facilities for conformance to the Americans with
Disabilities Act (ADA) in the City of North Olmsted.
The City of North Olmsted is planning to make physical improvements to its facilities and other
infrastructure assets under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Your firm may be interested in
assisting us by assessing our facilities and other infrastructure for compliance with the ADA.
We are requiring a successfully selected consultant to provide us with a list of recommendations
to correct ADA deficiencies, indicate specific remedies and alternate approaches to correct the
deficiencies, and calculate an estimated cost / expense analysis for each necessary improvement.
A list of infrastructure and facilities is enclosed. It is recommended that interested consultants
schedule and attend a"walk-through" meeting of City facilities with Duane Limpert, Director of
Public Service before submitting proposals.
