<br />• The consultant will provide a list per asset of the ADA deficiencies, corrective remedies <br />with alternate approaches, and the calculation of the estimated cost to provide the <br />necessary ADA improvements. <br />• The City of North Olmsted will use the consultant's final report as an effective means to <br />utilize its annual opportunity for CDBG Municipal Grant funding. <br />• The City of North Olmsted will use the consultant's final report as an effective means to <br />apply for and secure other grant opportunities. <br />• The City of North Olmsted will seek, over a reasonable period of time, to provide <br />improvements to all of its infrastructure, facilities, and physical assets to be in complete <br />compliance with the ADA. <br />• The City ofNorth Olmsted will make the consultanYs final report available to become a <br />part of its master planning and strategic planning processes. <br />Project Description: <br />The Americans with Disabilities Act assessment will be completed in accordance with the Ohio <br />Building Code and the Americans with Disabilities Act Accessibility Guidelines. <br />• The consultant will research and procure all appropriate records and perform all field <br />investigations to establish the existing conditions at the various sites. <br />• The consultant will prepare a list of deficiencies at each facility and for each deficiency <br />provide, a digital photograph, a measurement or written description of the deficiency, and <br />cite the applicable code or guideline section. <br />• The consultant will provide coordination of owner supplied data and research materials to <br />develop a preliminary comprehensive report with a list of deficiencies and recommended <br />improvements. <br />• The consultant will provide a presentation to the City of preliminary analysis, <br />recommended improvements, budget for improvements, and a recommended schedule. <br />Two copies of the preliminary report sha11 be submitted for review. <br />• The consultant will provide a presentation to the City of the final analysis, recommended <br />improvements, budget for improvements, and recommended schedule. Five (5) copies of <br />the final report, in three-ring binders, shall be submitted to the City. <br />The consultant or his representative shall be available to attend one (1) meeting for <br />presentations to the City's CDBG Citizens' Advisory Committee and City Council. <br />6. SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS <br />All proposals shall contain the following: <br />A. Project Team <br />Identify the project principal, the project manager, key staff and consultants. Include <br />a brief discussion of the consultant's qualifications and experience. <br />B. Related Experience <br />Describe relevant experiences with the project type described in this RFP document <br />and various services to be provided. <br />C. Project Details
