? <br />? <br />Ordinance No. 2006 - 130 <br />(4) The Director of Planning shall have the authority to determine whether a <br />proposed modification or alteration is "slight." <br />(b) Application. <br />(1) An application for a minor change shall be filed prior to the <br />commencement to any construction related to the modification or <br />alteration. Any application shall be filed by the property owner or <br />authorized agent of the property owner. <br />(2) Any application shall be accompanied by required fees and such relevant <br />plans or documentation as required under 1126.03 andlor as required by <br />the Director of Planning and Building Official. <br />(3) Five (5) copies of all application materials shall be furnished by the <br />applicant. <br />(c) Review and approval procedures. <br />(1) All completed applications shall be reviewed by the Building Official for <br />compliance with applicable building and zoning codes. The Building <br />Official shall provide his comments to the Director of Planning within five <br />(5) business days of the application filing. <br />(2) The Director of Planning shall have authority to approve or reject minor <br />change applications. <br />A. The Director of Planning shall forward all competed applications <br />to the Chair of the Building, Zoning and Development Committee <br />of Council and the Chair of the Planning and Design Commission <br />for their review and comment. <br />B. In considering any completed application, the Director of Planning <br />fftay shall solicit input from the Planning and Design Commission <br />architect andJor the Planning and Design Commission landscape <br />professional, as well as any affected City official andlor any City <br />department. <br />(3) Within ten (10) business days of the application filing, the Director of <br />Planning shall notify the applicant and the Building Official whether the <br />minor change application is approved or rejected. <br />SECTION 2: That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby directed to cause <br />notice of a Public Hearing hereon to be given pursuant to the provisions of Section 14 of <br />Article IV of the Charter of the City of North Olmsted and Section 1127.03 of the North <br />Olmsted Zoning Code. <br />SECTION 3: That, in all other respects, the North Olmsted Zoning Code, as <br />amended and supplemented from time to time, shall remain in full force and effect. <br />SECTION 4: That the original Section 1126.09 of the Zoning Code amended <br />herein is expressly repealed, and all other ordinances or parts of ordinances or resolutions <br />that are inconsistent or in conflict with the newly amended section are likewise repealed <br />to the extent of such inconsistency or conflict only.
