? ? Ordinance No. 2006 - 130 (4) The Director of Planning shall have the authority to determine whether a proposed modification or alteration is "slight." (b) Application. (1) An application for a minor change shall be filed prior to the commencement to any construction related to the modification or alteration. Any application shall be filed by the property owner or authorized agent of the property owner. (2) Any application shall be accompanied by required fees and such relevant plans or documentation as required under 1126.03 andlor as required by the Director of Planning and Building Official. (3) Five (5) copies of all application materials shall be furnished by the applicant. (c) Review and approval procedures. (1) All completed applications shall be reviewed by the Building Official for compliance with applicable building and zoning codes. The Building Official shall provide his comments to the Director of Planning within five (5) business days of the application filing. (2) The Director of Planning shall have authority to approve or reject minor change applications. A. The Director of Planning shall forward all competed applications to the Chair of the Building, Zoning and Development Committee of Council and the Chair of the Planning and Design Commission for their review and comment. B. In considering any completed application, the Director of Planning fftay shall solicit input from the Planning and Design Commission architect andJor the Planning and Design Commission landscape professional, as well as any affected City official andlor any City department. (3) Within ten (10) business days of the application filing, the Director of Planning shall notify the applicant and the Building Official whether the minor change application is approved or rejected. SECTION 2: That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby directed to cause notice of a Public Hearing hereon to be given pursuant to the provisions of Section 14 of Article IV of the Charter of the City of North Olmsted and Section 1127.03 of the North Olmsted Zoning Code. SECTION 3: That, in all other respects, the North Olmsted Zoning Code, as amended and supplemented from time to time, shall remain in full force and effect. SECTION 4: That the original Section 1126.09 of the Zoning Code amended herein is expressly repealed, and all other ordinances or parts of ordinances or resolutions that are inconsistent or in conflict with the newly amended section are likewise repealed to the extent of such inconsistency or conflict only.
