Ordinance No. 2006-124 <br />SECTION 3: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health, safety and welfare of this <br />City and for the further reason that this Ordinance is required to be immediately effective in <br />order to resolve serious storm drainage issues involving several pending development projects in <br />the City; and further provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members of <br />Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the <br />Mayor. <br />/ <br />- , / <br />PASSED: <br />First Reading: /'e L <br />Second Reading: <br />Third Reading: <br />Committee: <br />ATTEST.• <br />BARBARA L.
