CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />Request for Proposal <br />for <br />CITY ENGINEERING SERVICES <br />May 2006 <br />T he City of North Olmsted invites your proposal to provide a City Engineer to <br />augment and assist the City's Division of Engineering. The professional <br />engineering services to be provided are described in the attached documents that <br />comprise this Request for Proposal. <br />This Request for Proposal provides the instructions for preparing and submitting a <br />proposal as well as the proposal evaluation procedures and criteria to be used in the <br />selection of the professional firm for the Project. This Request for Proposal also indicates <br />the principal contractual terms that the City of North Olmsted proposes to govern the <br />relationship between it and the selected firm. <br />Any questions concerning this Request for Proposal should be directed to the Director of <br />Public 5ervice. The City of North Olmsted will determine whether any addenda should <br />be issued as a result of any questions or other matters. The Director of Public Service is <br />the sole contact on behalf of the City of North Olmsted with respect to this Request for <br />Proposal. All inquiries by candidates must be directed, in writing, to the Director of <br />Public Service. <br />The City of North Olmsted reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify the <br />principal contractual terms, as well as the scope of the actual professional engineering <br />services to be completed.
