? <br />? <br />AGREEMENT <br />Between <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO <br />And <br />For <br />SERVICES <br />For the <br />PROJECT <br />THIS AGREEMENT made at North Olmsted, Ohio, on the day of <br />, 2005 by and between the City of NORTH OLMSTED, 5200 Dover <br />Center Road, North Olmsted, Ohio 44070 [hereinafter referred to as "CITY"], and <br />ZWICK ASSOCIATES, INC., 8750 Stearns Road, Olmsted Township, Ohio 44138-1743 <br />[hereinafter referred to as "CONTRACTOR"]; <br />WHEREAS, The City of North Olmsted is planning to <br />within the City of North Olmsted [hereinafter referred <br />to as the "PROJECT"]; and <br />WHEREAS, the CITY'S Council, pursuant to Ordinance No. , authorized <br />the Director of Public Service to request proposals for professional <br />services [hereinafter referred to as the "SERVICES"] for the PROJECT, and for the <br />Mayor, following approval by the Board of Control, to enter into a contract with the <br />firm selected to perform the SERVICES for the PROJECT; and <br />WHEREAS, CONTRACTOR, on the _ day of , 2000 submitted a <br />proposal [hereinafter referred to as the "PROPOSAL"] to CITY to provide the <br />SERVICES for the PROJECT; and
