Ordinance No. 809 <br />By Mr. Kramer <br />AN Oft?INANCE <br />PROVIDING FOR VACATIONS WI7.'H PAY FUR ALL OF THE EMPLOYEES <br />OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH OLMSTFD ?XCFPT THE EMPLOYEES OF <br />THE NORTH OLMSTED MTNICIPAL BUS LINE, THE EMPIAYEES OF <br />THE FIRE DEPARTMENT AND THE EMPIIJYF,ES OF THE POLICE <br />DEPARTMENT. <br />"vdFiEREA5 this Council desires to set up the iraca-. <br />tions for certain employees of t he ViLlage; <br />NQW, THERFFORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of <br />North Olmsted, Ohio: <br />Section 1. That from and after the effective date <br />of this ordinance aIl employees of t he Village of North Olmsted, <br />except those employed on the North Olmsted kricipal Bus Line, and <br />the employees of the Fire Department and Police Department.. shall <br />be given the following paid vacations: <br />Those with more than six monthst service prior <br />to April l, 1950, but less than one year, sha11 receive <br />one weeksts vacation with pay. <br />Those with anre than one year=s service shall <br />receive twu weeksT vacation with pay. <br />Section 2. This ordinance is hereby declared to <br />be an emergency measure, the emergency being that it is necessary <br />for the isrunediate preservation of public health, peace,, safety and <br />welfare, and for the daily operatiori of the municipal departments <br />of the Village, that this ordinance be passed at once, and sha11 <br />take effect and be in force from and after its passage. <br />Passed: Arril 5, 1950. <br />E.
