Ordinance No. 785 <br />By Mr. Kramer. <br />AN ORDINANCE <br />TO AMEND T He; ZONE MAP AND ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED BY CHANGING FROM A RESIDENCE DISTRICT TO A RFTAIL BUSINESS <br />DISTRICT THE LAND ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF IpRAIN ROAD FROM THE WEST <br />LINE OF THE PROPERTY OF THE NORTH OLMSTED LUMBER COMPANY A DISTANCE <br />OF 3.14 FEET Wr;STERLY AND HAVING A DEPTH OF 400 FEET FROM THE CFNTER <br />LINE OF UJRAIN KOAD. <br />WHEREAS application has been made to amend the Zone <br />Map and Zoning Ordinance of the Vil.lage of North 0].wsted for the <br />purpose of rezoning fron Residence District to a Retail Business <br />District the land on the South side of Lorain Road, f rom the iiest <br />line of the property of the North Olmsted Lumber Company a distance <br />of Ltla, feet westerly, and havi.ng a depth of 400 geet from the center <br />line of IArain Road, and <br />WM?,RF..AS the Planning Commission has considered and approved <br />said rezoning from Residence District to Retai.l Business District of <br />the property hereinafter described; now, therefora, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the CounciZ of the Village of North <br />Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section l. That the Zone Map and Zoning Ordinance of the <br />Village of North 0lmsted adopted on the.lgth day of March, 1941, and <br />amended on the 15th day of March, 1949, be and the same are hereby <br />amended so as to estab3ish a Retail Business Distriet on the South <br />side of Lorain Road, beginning at the Westerly line of the property <br />of The North Olmsted Lumber Company and oktending Westerly a distance of 114 <br />Peet, and having a depth of 400 feet from the center line of I,orain Road; <br />and the Engineer be and he is hereby authorized and directed to change <br />the Zone Map accordingly, <br />Section 2.
