Ordinance No. 748 <br />By Mr. Biddulph <br />AN ORDINANCE <br />DEDICATING WEST PABK DRIVE AS A°UBLIC ROAD. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village <br />oP North Oliasted, State of Ohio. <br />Section 1. That the plat of West Park Drive <br />in the Village of North Olmsted, State of Ohio, be and the <br />same is hereby approwed and accepted and that the dedica- <br />tion to publie use of the street shown thereon be and the <br />same is hereby accepted and confirmed. <br />Section 2. And the Mayor and Clerk be and they <br />are hereby authorized and directed to sign said plat <br />dedicating said street to public use. <br />Section 3.
