Ordinance No. 662 <br />By Yx. Bidwell <br />AN ORDT.NANCE <br />Rr;GULaTING PICNIC G1t0UIVDS <br />BHE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village <br />of North Olmsted, Ohio: <br />Section 1. No person, firm, or corporation <br />shall operate a picnic ground i.n the Village of North <br />Olmsted without first having obtained a permit from the <br />Mayor. Section 2. Ko picnic grounds shall be <br />established or maintained in any residence district, <br />nor within three hundred (300) feet of any public <br />highway, street o r road. <br />Section 3. No picnic ground shall be main- <br />tained or established until said grounds are provided <br />with necessary toilets which shall be constructed in ac- <br />cord.ance with the ordinances of the Village of North <br />Olmsted regulating the construction of toilets. <br />Section 4. No picnic ground sha11 be established <br />on any street, road or highway unless the street, road or <br />highway is provided with a sanitary sewer to which public <br />toilets can be connected. <br />Section 5. This ordinance shall take effect <br />and be in force from arid after the earliest period <br />allowed by law. <br />F'assed: March 20, 1945• <br />E. R°i.
