BQARD OF i1PFJ?AT?S Section 39, CATYON - ? ?SHIP. (a) A Board of appeals is hereby established. The word "Boar'd" when used in this ordinance shall ba construed to mean the Board of APPeals• (b) The Board shall consist of three nembers to be appointed by Council. 0ne meMber shall be designated to serve until January lst, 1942; one until Jan- uary lst, 1943; and one until January lst, 1944• Their suceessors sha11 be ap- pointed, on the expiration of their respactive terms, to serve three years.
