The word "Boar'd" when <br />used in this ordinance shall ba construed to mean the Board of APPeals• <br />(b) The Board shall consist of three nembers to be appointed by Council. <br />0ne meMber shall be designated to serve until January lst, 1942; one until Jan- <br />uary lst, 1943; and one until January lst, 1944• Their suceessors sha11 be ap- <br />pointed, on the expiration of their respactive terms, to serve three years. An <br />agpointment to fill a casual vacancy shall be on],y for the unexpired portion of <br />the term. <br />Section 40. MEETINGS. Meetings of the Board shall be nold at least <br />once a month and at such other tiraas as the Board may determine, or upon call of <br />the Chairmana All meetings shall be open to the public.
