OSDINANCE N0. 499 Cont. <br />From all pcints between the intersection of Columbia <br />and Mastick Road and the intersection of Niastick and <br />Spencer Road, to the Public Square oY Cleveland, <br />tweaty-five cetns cash fare or three tickets for 60 cents. <br />From all points between the i.ntersection of Mastiek <br />arid Spencer Road and the Public Square of Cleveland, <br />twenty cents cash fare or thr,ee tickets for 50 cents. <br />From the Public Square of Cleveland ont to and thraugh <br />the Yillage oP North Olmgted, Ohio, the rate of fare <br />shall be the same as provided for ingoing transportation. <br />The fare for intra-village travel in North 0lmsted <br />3n an easterly direction shall be: Five ceats from <br />the County line to Dover Center Road; five cents • <br />frox North Olmsted Park to the easter1y linits of <br />the 9illage of North 0]msted. <br />The fare for intra-Pillage travel ir; North Olmsted <br />in a westerly direction shall be: five cents flrom the <br />easterly limits of the Village of North Olmsted to <br />the North Olnsted Park, aAd five cents from the <br />North 0].msted Park to the Gounty Line.. <br />The fare far intra-village travel in the Village of <br />North O7.nsted on the Butternut Ridge Division in an <br />easterly direction shaL1, be five eents f rom the <br />interseetion of Porter Road and Lorain Road to the <br />intersection of Clague Road and Mastick Aoad; five <br />cents from the intersection of Clague and Mastick <br />8oads to the intersection of Spencer and Lorain <br />Roads; in a westerly direction the rate oY fare <br />shall be vice versa. <br />The fare for intra-vil].age travel in the Village of <br />Fairviex shall be: Five cents oae-way between az,y points in the Vil- <br />lage oP Faizwiew. <br />All other fares ehaU rema3.n as heretofore established." <br />Section 2. This ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure, necessary for the preservation of public peace, <br />safety, health and xelfare; and this ordinance sha11 take effect <br />and be in force from and after its pa.ssage. <br />Passed: September l, 1936. <br />E.
