Duer's Map of Eljomar Farms Subdivision as shown by Plat recorded in <br />Volume 75, Page 13 of cuyahoga County Records, a distance of about 2970 feet to the Easterly <br />line of Original Lot No. 8, Tract No. 5 and the Northwest corner of lands conveyed to Justin <br />E. Engleman by Deed recorded in Volume 85-4529, Page 49 of Cuyahoga Co <br />Deed Records; <br />Course # 29 Thence Southerly along the Easterly line of said Original Lot No. 8, Tract 5, Lot No 2, Tract <br />2 and Lot 13, Tract 2, a distance of about 5208.78 feet to the Southwest corner of lands annexed <br />as last aforesaid to the Village of Olmsted Falls and the Southwest corner of lands conveyed to <br />Olmsted Trailer Park, Inc. by Deed recorded in Volume 7475, Page 264 of Cuyahoga County <br />Deed Records; <br />Course # 30 Thence Easterly along the Northerly line of Original Olmsted Township Tract No. 3, being the <br />Southerly line of lands as annexed as last aforesaid, a distance of about 4300 feet to the <br />centerline of the Plum Creek; <br />Course # 31 Thence Southwesterly along the irregular centerline of Plum Creek and along the Corporate Line <br />of the City of Olmsted Falls, formerly the Village of Westview as shown by the Plat recorded <br />in Volume 107, Page 2 of Cuyahoga County Map Records, a distance of about 9000 feet to the <br />Northerly line of Block "A" in a Resubdivision of Westview Subdivision No. 1 as shown by the <br />Map Recorded in Volume 189, Page 35 of Cuyahoga County Map Records and the Northerly <br />line of Parcel No. 3 of lands approved for annexation by Resolution of the Board of Cuyahoga <br />County Commissioners # 882338, dated June 6, 1988; <br />Course # 32 Thence Westerly along said Northerly line a distance of about 640 feet to the Easterly line of <br />Usher Road, 60 feet wide as shown relocated by the Cuyahoga County Engineer's Map No. <br />M-4501, and a westerly line of annexation as last aforesaid; <br />Course # 33 Thence Southwesterly along the curving Easterly line of Usher Road and along an arc of a circle <br />deflecting to the left a distance of 153.17 feet, said arc having a radius of 924.93 feet, a central <br />angle of 9°29'19", a chord which bears South 22°31'46" West a distance of 153.00 feet to a <br />point of tangency therein; <br />Course # 34 Thence South 17°47'07" West along said Easterly line of Usher Road a distance of 51.28 feet <br />to the center of Plum Creek; <br />Course # 35 Thence South 87°47'07" West a distance of 31.93 feet to the centerline of relocated Usher Road <br />as aforesaid; <br />Course # 36 Thence North 17°47'07" East along the centerline of Usher Road a distance of 40.36 feet to the <br />point of curvature of relocated Usher Road as aforesaid; <br />Course # 37 Thence North 72°-12'-53" West, at right angles to the centerline of said relocated Usher Road <br />a distance of 132.48 feet to the centerline of Usher Road as established by Cuyahoga County <br />Road Record Volume "D" Page 49, but now vacated as a County Road as recorded in Volume <br />228, Page 109 of Cuyahoga County Map Records; <br /> <br />
