.. _ '* LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF PARCEL "B" PROPOSED ANNEXATION OF A PART OF OLMSTED TOWNSHIP TO THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED Situated in the Township of Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and known as being part of Original Olmsted Township Tract No.. 3, bounded and described as follows: Beginning in the centerline of Sprague Road at the most Southwest corner of land petitioned for annexation to the City of Olmsted Falls and approved by Resolution No. 882338 of the Board of Cuyahoga County commissioners dated June 6, 1988 but not filed for record in the Book of Village Incorporation and Annexations of Cuyahoga County, said point being distant about 2396.92 feet Westerly as measured along said centerline from its intersection of Usher Road, and the Southwesterly corner of land conveyed to Frank Klemencic by deed dated June 3, 1947 and recorded in Volume 6293, Page 714 of Cuyahoga County Deed Records, and the principal place of beginning of the premises herein described; Course # 1 Thence North 1 °-26'-30" West, 1503.82 feet along the Westerly line of land so conveyed to Frank Klemencic, as aforesaid, to the Northwesterly corner thereof; Course # 2 Thence North 88°-33'-30" East, 354.00 feet along the Northerly line of land so conveyed to Frank Klemencic, as aforesaid, and along the Easterly prolongation thereof to the Northeasterly corner of land conveyed to the Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company by deed dated February 11, 1971 and recorded in Volume 12789, Page 833 of Cuyahoga County Records; Course # 3 Thence South O1 °-26'-30' East, 223.70 feet along the Easterly line of land so conveyed to Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company, to the Northwesterly corner of land conveyed to the Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company by deed dated April 28, 1971 and recorded in Volume 12792, Page 721 of Cuyahoga County Records; Course # 4 Thence South 53°-16'-36" East, 450.25 feet along the Northerly line of land so conveyed to the Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company as aforesaid and along the Northerly line of land conveyed to the Cleveland Electric Illuminating company by deed dated April 29, 1971 and recorded in Volume 12795, Page 845 of Cuyahoga County Records to a point on the Westerly line of Parcel No. 1 of land conveyed to Joseph R. and Eileen A. Chilcher by deed dated April 14, 1961 and recorded in Volume 10145, Page 571 of Cuyahoga County Records; Course # 5 Thence South Ol °-26'-30" East, 58.77 feet along the Westerly line of land so conveyed to Joseph R. and Eileen A. Chilcher, to a point distant 943.04 feet (measured along the Westerly line of said Parcel No. 1) from the centerline of Sprague Road; Course # 6 Thence North 88°-33'-30" East, 118.00 feet to a point in the Easterly line of Parcel No. 1 of land so conveyed to Joseph R. and Eileen A.
