07-Dec-1994 D R A F T T H R E E <br />limited to Planning, Scheduling, Claims Administration, and Adjustment, Transit <br />Security and other administrative support services that may be provided by the <br />Authority. The City agrees to cooperate with the Authority in this regard. <br />13. COMPLIANCE QITH FTA RIILES AND REGIILATIONS <br />13.1 It is recognized by and between the Parties that the Authority is the <br />designated recipient for grants made available by FTA. <br />13.2 The City shall comply with any and all the terms, conditions, rules and <br />regu~ations issued by FTA pertaining to FTA grants, including but not limited <br />to rules and regulations pertaining to rates charged to elderly and disabled <br />persons, the provisions of charter bus service, the provision of school bus <br />service, equal .employment opportunity, purchasing and procurement, and <br />reporting requirements. <br />13.3 It is recognized by and between the Parties that buses that may be loaned <br />to the City by the Authority pursuant to this Agreement are funded in part by a <br />grant from the FTA and the City and the Authority acknowledge the interest of <br />FTA in those buses according to the terms of that grant agreement. <br />13 4 It is recognized by and between the Parties that certain capital <br />improvements-made for the benefit of the City pursuant to this Agreement may be <br />funded in part by a grant from the FTA and the City and Authority acknowledge <br />the interest of the FTA in such capital improvements according to the terms of <br />that grant agreement. The City agrees that it shall comply with all rules, <br />regulations, and notices issued by the FTA that pertain to the service provided <br />by this agency and the Authority shall endeavor to provide the City with copies <br />of all bulletins, notices, rules and regulations that the Authority receive <br />from FTA. <br />-15- <br />
