07-Dec-1994 <br />D R A F T T H R E E <br />in accordance with the Authority's fleet-wide distribution program in effect at <br />the time the buses are assigned. <br />26.3 The City shall inspect such loaned vehicles and notify the Authority of <br />any defects. The Authority may, at its oution, correct such defects or request <br />the City to correct such defects. <br />26.4 The Authority shall permit the City to affix identification logos to <br />equipment to signify that the equipment is operated by the City as part of the <br />.Authority system. These logos will not obstruct Authority identification. <br />27. 2~AINTENANCE OF LOANED EQIIIPMENT <br />The City shall perform all preventive maintenance and repair, at a <br />.minimum, in accordance with the Original Equipment Manufacturer's <br />recommendations and the Full Size Bus-Preventive Maintenance Procedures Manual <br />utilized by the Authority. The Authority shall provide copies and updates of <br />such maintenance manuals on a regular basis. <br />28. HAINTENANCE RECORDS AMID INSPECTIONS <br />Records of all maintenance and inspections shall be kept and made <br />available to Authority and/or other regulating agencies with jurisdiction when <br />requested. Authority maintains the right to inspect, examine and test, at any <br />reasonable time, any equipment used in the performance of the contracted <br />services in order to insure compliance with this Agreement. Such Authority <br />inspection shall not relieve the City of the obligation to continually monitor <br />the condition of such buses and to identify and correct all standard or unsafe <br />conditions immediately upon discovery. City shall transport all such vehicles <br />to the Authority's designated inspection facilities when .requested by <br />Authority.
