07-bec-1994 <br />D R A F T <br />T H R E E <br />regulatory agency to remove any equipment from service due to failure to meet <br />minimum mechanical requirements and/or safety reasons, the City shall make any <br />and all specified corrections and repairs to the equipment and resubmit the <br />equipment for inspection and testing before it is placed in service. The City <br />may request the Authority to make such repairs if such defects are noted on <br />Authority owned vehicles and further request the Authority to provide the <br />necessary vehicles to meet the contracted service requirements. <br />29. RESOLIITION OF DISPIITES <br />Any disputes arising out of the administration of this Agreement may be <br />appealed to the General Manager of the Authority in writing. Within fourteen <br />(14) days of the receipt of such appeal, the General Manager shall schedule a <br />meeting to discuss the subject of dispute. Within fourteen (14) days after <br />such meeting, the General Manager shall render a decision in writing. Nothing <br />shall prevent the parties from seeking further legal recourse that they may be <br />entitled to. <br />30. AMENDMENT <br />The Parties agree that no change or modification to this Agreement shall <br />be of any force or effect unless the amendment is dated and is reduced to a <br />writing executed by all Parties hereto. No costs or obligations shall be <br />incurred in consequence of-:any amendment to this Agreement unless and until <br />such a written amendment has been executed. <br />31. SEVERABILITY <br />The Parties agree that, if any provision of this Agreement shall be held <br />invalid for any reasons whatsoever, the remaining provisions shall not be <br />affected thereby, if such remaining provisions could then continue to conform <br />-33- <br /> <br />
