GOVERNING LAY <br />D R A F T T H R E E <br />This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States of <br />America and the State of Ohio. <br />37. HISCELLANEOIIS <br />If the Authority shall enter into a public transportation service <br />agreement with any other municipality upon terms more beneficial to that <br />municipality than the terms of this Agreement, the Authority shall within <br />thirty (30) days after closing date of such agreement o~fer such beneficial <br />terms to the City, in accordance with the notice provision of this Agreement, <br />and the City shall have thirty (30) days from and after the receipt of said <br />offer within which to accept or reject such terms. The Authority shall within <br />said thirty-day period serve a copy of such public transportation service <br />agreement upon the City's Director of Law. <br />38. SERVICE BIIILDING <br />The Authority agrees that it is committed to building a service building <br />and bus storage area at its own expense within the City of North Olmsted as <br />soon as practicable after the execution of this Agreement <br />The facility shall include, but not be limited to administrative offices, <br />dispatch area, natural gas fueling capabilities for a minimum of sixt buses <br />and a bus storage area. <br />Within sixty (60) days after the execution of this Agreement, the <br />Authority shall establish a Site Selection Committee for the purpose of <br />determining a suitable location for the facility contemplated herein and to <br />take such further action as may be required to accomplish the construction of <br />the facility. <br />-35- <br />
