Dancik properties. In order to promote the Seller's public interest in providing quality senior <br />residence facilities in the City of North Olmsted, Purchaser agrees and covenants that it shall <br />j make every reasonable effort to develop said O'Grady and Dancik properties in a manner and <br />with materials which are architecturally compatible with the plans presently contemplated by <br />` j LeBlond Housing Corporation on the property immediately to the East of the said O'Grady <br />i and Dancik properties. <br />i <br />!~ <br />SECTION XII <br />PR:I'sFERENCE FOR NORTH OLMSTED RESIDENTS <br />In light of Seller's express public purpose in its original purchase of said O'Grady and <br />', Dancik properties to construct quality senior residence facilities in the City of North Olmsted <br />for North Olmsted residents, Purchaser agrees and covenants that he shall give preference to <br />~I <br />qualified residents of the City of North Olmsted, and to qualified parents of North Olmsted <br />residents, who apply for residence in or admission to any senior residence development upon <br />said O'Grady and Dancik properties. <br />SECTION XIII <br />' TIIVIE OF THE ESSENCE <br />Time of performance under this contract is of the essence, particularly with respect to <br />Purchaser's obligation to deposit funds into escrow on or before December 14, 1994, and to <br />io <br />
