O'Grady and Dancik properties. If either party to this Contract violates a covenant, term or <br />provision in SECTIONS IX, X, XI or XII of this Contract, the other shall be entitled to apply <br />to a court of competent jurisdiction for an order compelling performance of the covenant, <br />term or condition.
