Cowley <br />and Chariette Cowley by deed dated July 10, 1912 and recorded in <br />Volume 1410, Page 524 of Cuyahoga County Records; thence <br />Northeasterly along the center line of Lorain Road 157.54 feet <br />to the most Southerly corner of Land conveyed to Catherine D. <br />Johnston by deed dated December 16, 1936 and recorded in Volume <br />4694, Page 203 of Cuyahoga County Records; thence Northwesterly <br />along the Southwesterly line of land so comteyed to Catherine D. <br />Johnston 763 feet to the Southeasterly line of land conveyed to <br />Fred H. Juergens by deed dated June Z, 1934 and recorded in <br />Volume 4366, Paqe 516 of Cuyahoga County Records; thence <br />Southwesterly along the Southeasterly line of land so conveyed <br />to Fred H .
