<br />Dancik to the City of North Olmsted of the real property located at 30374 Lorain Road,
<br />North Olmsted, Ohio, bearing Permanent Pazcel No. 233-8-15 [hereinafter, the "Dancik
<br />property"], together with all improvements now erected thereon, as particulazly described in
<br />Schedule "B," attached and made a part hereof.
<br />A. This conveyance of the O'Grady property includes all right, title, and interest, if

<br />any, of Seller in and to any land lying in the bed of any street, road, or avenue, open or
<br />~' proposed, in front of or adjoining such premises to the center line thereof, and all right, title,
<br />;~
<br />and interest, if any, of Sellers, in and to any awazd in any condemnation, damage, or similar
<br />proceeding for the taking of any part of the premises, changing of grade of any street, or
<br />other similar matters. Seller will execute and deliver to purchaser on the closing of title, or
<br />'' thereafter, on demand, all proper instruments for the assignment to Purchaser of any such
<br />awazd.
<br />B. This assignment of Seller's right, title and interest in the purchase agreement
<br />relating to the Dancik property likewise includes all right, title, and interest, if any, of Seller
<br />in and to any land lying in the bed of any street, road, or avenue, open or proposed, in front
<br />of or adjoining such premises to the center line thereof, and all right, title, and interest, if
<br />any, of Sellers, in and to any awazd in any condemnation, damage, or similaz proceeding for
