7.7. Detective Bureau Pay: Any full-time employee shall, while on duty as a <br />Plainclothes <br />Detective or Juvenile Officer, be paid additional compensation at the rate of: <br />One Thousand Three Hundred ($ 1,300.00) for 1995. <br />One Thousand Four Hundred Sixty Dollars ($1,460.00) for 1996 <br />One Thousand Five Hundred Sixty Dollars ($1,560.00) for 1997 <br />7.8. Evidence Technician Pay: Any bargaining unit member shall, while on duty as an <br />Evidence Technician be paid additional compensation at the rate of <br />Five Hundred Seventy-five Dollars ($ 575.00) for 1995. <br />Six Hundred Eighty Dollars ($ 680.00) for 1996. <br />Seven Hundred Eighty Dollars ($ 780.00) for 1997. <br />Compensation shall be paid upon completion of all required courses. <br />7.9. Shift differential: Effective January 1, 1995, all bargaining unit members shall <br />receive a shift differential in the amount of $.65 cents per hour for the years 1995, 1996, and <br />1997. <br />Shift differential shall be paid to bargaining unit members assigned to the second <br />(1600 to 2400) shift, third (2400 to 0800) shift, and swing (2000 to 0400) shift respectively <br />7.10. Field Training Officers: Any bargaining unit member, upon being selected as a field <br />' training officer shall be paid additional compensation at the rate of Three Hundred Twelve <br />Dollars ($ 312.00) per year for the duration of this Agreement. Compensation shall be paid <br />inclusive of all time spent in any and all courses required by the employer. <br />-7.11 S.W.A.T./Bomb Technicians: Any bargaining unit member who is assigned to the <br />S.W.A.T. and/or Bomb Technician Units shall be paid additional compensation at the rate of <br />Two Hundred Fifty Dollars. ($ 250.00) annually for the duration of this Agreement. <br />(9) <br />
