THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 94-15 8 <br />BY: Mayor Boyle <br />AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A PETTY CASH FUND <br />WITHIN THE NORTH OLMSTED SPRINGVALE GOLF <br />COURSE, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, STATE OF OHIO: <br />Section 1. That there is hereby established a petty cash fund of One Thousand Eight <br />Hundred Dollars ($1,800.00) within the North Olmsted Springvale Golf Course, to be <br />controlled by the Assistant General Manager or the Director of Public Safety; all payments <br />made out of the petty cash fund shall be verified by a receipt, and upon presentation to the <br />Director of Finance the petty cash fund will be reimbursed for the amount paid out so that <br />there will be maintained a petty cash fund of One Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars <br />($1,800.00). <br />Section 2. That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare, and for the <br />further reason that it is immediately necessary to provide petty cash for the operation of the <br />North Olmsted Springvale Golf Course, and further provided it receives the affirmative vote <br />oftwo-thirds of all members of Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon <br />its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />Passed: f Y~C':(~-~~c.~ ~~,i9q~ <br />Attest: <br />r <br />arbara L.
