t <br /> <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 94-155 <br />BY: Mayor Ed Boyle <br />AN ORDINANCE CREATING A DIVISION ENTITLED <br />NORTH OLMSTED SPRINGVALE GOLF COURSE <br />WITHIN THE SAFETY DEPARTMENT. ESTABLISHING <br />SECTIONS 139.09, 139.10 AND 139.11 WITHIN CHAPTER 139 <br />OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to create a Division entitled North <br />Olmsted Springvale Golf Cowse; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That there be, and hereby is, created Sections 139.09, 139.10 and <br />139.11 within Chapter 139 of the Administrative Code of the City of North Olmsted <br />which shall, as created, read as follows: <br />139.09 ESTABLISFIlVIENT <br />There is hereby established a Division entitled North Olmsted Springvale Golf <br />Course within the Department of the Public Safety. <br />139.10 SAFETY DIRECTOR <br />The Division known as North Olmsted Springvale Golf Course shall be headed by <br />the Director of Public Safety, who shall be appointed by the Mayor and who shall be <br />answerable to the Mayor. <br />139.11 SALARIES <br />The salary ranges for the employees within this Division shall be determined by <br />Council. The specific salaries for the employees within the Division shall be determined by <br />the Director of Public Safety. <br />SECTION 2: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare, and <br />further provided it receives the affirmative vote oftwo-thirds of all members of Council, it <br />shall take eiFect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />
