<br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 94-~2 <br />By: COUNCILMAN MUSIAL <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE TRAFFIC CONTROL FILE <br />OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED BY CHANGING THE <br />"NO TURN ON RED AT ALL TIMES" SIGN AT CLAGUE <br />ROAD SOUTHBOUND AT MAPLE RIDGE TO READ "NO <br />TURN ON RED BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 7:00 A.M. TO <br />4:30 P.M., SCHOOL DAYS ", AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, this Council has determined that it is in the best interest of the safety, health <br />and welfare of the citizens of the City of North Olmsted to change the "No Turn On Red At <br />All Times" sign at Clague Road, Southbound at Maple Ridge to read "No Turn On Red Between <br />The Hours Of 7.•00 A. M. To 4:30 P. M. , School Days "; and <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council and Administration to amend the Traffic <br />Control File to provide for the installation of said traffic control sign; and <br />WHEREAS, Chapter 305 of the Traffic Code provides for the maintenance of the Traffic <br />Control File, which said file can be amended only by Ordinance. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Police Department be and the same is hereby authorized and <br />directed to amend the Traffic Control File of the City of North Olmsted to indicate the <br />installation of a "No Turn On Red Between The Hours Of 7.•00 A. M. To 4:30 P. M. , School <br />Days" sign as aforesaid. <br />SECTION 2: That the Mayor be and is hereby authorized and directed to cause said sign <br />to be installed in accordance with the provisions of this Ordinance. <br />
