RESOLUTION 94-gyp <br />PAGE 2 <br />SECTION 3: The City of North Olmsted does agree to commit the funds required to <br />satisfactorily complete any proposed project which shall become eligible for reimbursement <br />under the terms and conditions of the Federal Land and Water Conservation Fund Program <br />and/or the State of Ohio Nature Works Program. <br />SECTION 4: That this ordinance is hereby declazed an emergency measure necessazy <br />for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfaze, and for the reason that it is <br />immediately necessary to protect the residents and all users of public recreation facilities, and <br />provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members of Council, it shall go into <br />immediate force and effect upon its signing by the Mayor. <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />MICHAEL R.
