~.. <br />EXHIBIT `A' <br />Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga <br />and State of Ohio and known as being part of Original Olmsted <br />Township Lot 7, Tract 6, bounded and described as follows: <br />Beginning on the center line of Lorain Road, 80 feet wide as <br />shown by the dedication plat of Lorain Road Widening recorded in <br />Volume 130 of Maps, Page 240 of Cuyahoga County Records at a <br />point which is distant 348.40 feet Northeasterly measured along <br />said center line from its intersection with the centerline of <br />Barton Road, 60 feet wide, said place of beginning being also <br />the most Easterly corner of land conveyed to Thomas H. Cowley <br />and Charlette Cowley by deed dated July 10, 1912 and recorded in <br />Volume 1410, Page 524 of Cuyahoga County Records; thence <br />Northeasterly along the center line of Lorain Road 157.54 feet <br />to the most Southerly corner of land conveyed to Catherine D. <br />Johnston by deed dated December 16, 1936 and recorded in Volume <br />4694, Page 203 of Cuyahoga County Records; thence Northwesterly <br />along the Southwesterly line of land so conveyed to Catherine D. <br />Johnston 763 feet to the Southeasterly line of land conveyed to <br />Fred H. Juergens by deed dated June 2, 1934 and recorded in <br />Volume 4366, Page 516 of Cuyahoga County Records; thence <br />Southwesterly along the Southeasterly line of land so conveyed <br />to Fred H. Juergens to the most Northerly corner of land <br />conveyed to Thomas H. and Charlette Cowley as aforesaid; thence <br />Southeasterly along the Northeasterly line of land so conveyed <br />to Thomas H. and Charlette Cowley 730.42 feet to the place of <br />beginning, and containing about 2-182/1000 acres of land, be the <br />same more or less, but subject to all legal highways. <br />-7- <br />
