<br /> <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0.94 - 110 <br />By: Councilman George Nashar <br /> <br />~~~ <br />~ J ~,~C / <br />AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE AMENDMENT OF THE ZONE MAP OF THE <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, WHICH MAP IS PART OF THE ZONING CODE OF THE <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, BY CHANGING THE PREMISES HEREINAFTER <br />DESCRIBED FROM LIMITED INDUSTRY DISTRICT AND MIXED USE DISTRICT TO "B" <br />RESIDENCE DISTRICT, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />Whereas, it appears that the zoning which applies to the below described real property is improper <br />under the conditions presently existing and inadequate for the development and use of this land, and <br />Whereas, after careful consideration, the Planning Commission of this City, on the <br />recommended approval of the change of the district herein <br />specified. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />Section 1: That after submission of this Ordinance to the Planning Commission of this City for its <br />opinion and recommendation, and after a Public Hearing hereon, notice of which has been given <br />pursuant to Section 14 of Article IV of the Charter of this City, entitled "The Council -Enactment of <br />Zoning Ordinances and Regulations, Notice", and after its passage pursuant to the Charter of this City <br />and its approval by the Mayor of this City of North Olmsted, the Zone Map of North Olmsted is hereby <br />amended, and as amended, be and the same is hereby revised by changing the zoning of the following <br />described parcels of land from Limited Industry District and Mixed Use District to "B" Residence <br />District. <br />Block "A" (Comprising in their entireties, and no other, Permanent Parcel Nos 233-6-8 233-6-19. and <br />234-5-4 <br />Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga, and State of Ohio, and being part of <br />Original Olmsted Township Lot No. 2, Tract 6 and being bounded and described as follows: <br />Beginning in the centerline of Bradley Road (60 feet wide) at the intersection with the centerline <br />of Wild Oak Drive (60 feet wide) as recorded in Volume 222, Page 32 of Cuyahoga County <br />Map Records; <br />Thence, North 37 degrees-59'-46" East 36.69 feet along the centerline of Bradley Road to an <br />angle deflecting to the right; <br />Thence, North 39 degrees-22'-46" East 93.31 feet along the centerline of Bradley Road to a <br />point; <br />
