_1___~_ _ _ _ _ _ _ . _ _. <br />' ~-, -~. <br />,,.~~ <br />Ordinance No. 94 - 110 Page 3 <br />Thence, North 37 degrees-59'-46" East about 285.00 feet along the Southerly line of Bradley <br />Road to the principal place of beginning, be the same, more or less, but subject to all legal <br />highways. <br />ecti n 2: That the Clerk of this Council be and she is hereby directed to cause a notice of a Public <br />Hearing hereon to be given pursuant to the provisions of Section 14 of Article IV of the Charter of this <br />City. <br />Section 3: That the Engineer of this City shall amend said Zoning Map of North Olmsted so that when <br />amended, said Zoning Map will disclose that the premises described in Section I hereof shall be revised <br />by changing the zoning of said described land from Limited Industry District and Mixed Use District to <br />"B" Residence District, and that said parcels of land may be thereafter used in accordance with the use <br />of the district permitted by the Zoning Code of the City of North Olmsted. <br />Section 4: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure immediately necessary <br />for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare, and for the further reason that it is <br />immediately necessary to establish the proper zoning within the City, and further provided it receives the <br />affirmative vote oftwo-thirds of all members of Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately <br />upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />FIRST READING: ~ /~ <br />REFERRED TO PLANNING COMMISSION: <br />Report of Planning Commission: On <br />The Planning Commission recommended to Council that this Ordinance be: <br />Approved: <br />Disapproved: <br />SECOND READING: ~ ~ /°~/ /~ 7 <br />PUBLIC HEARING: <br />THIRD READING: <br />COMMITTEE: <br />
