<br />,~ . <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 94-105 <br />BY: Patricia Bahas <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC <br />SAFETY TO ADVERTISE AND ACCEPT BIDS FOR <br />MISCELLANEOUS HOCKEY EQUIl'MENT TO BE SOLD IN <br />THE RECREATION COMPLEX PRO SHOP AND AUTHORIZING <br />THE MAYOR TO CONTRACT FOR SAME AND DECLARING AN <br />AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of Council and the Administration to support the <br />Recreation program through the pro shop. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCII. OF THE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Director of Public Safety be and he is hereby authorized to <br />advertise for bids for miscellaneous hockey equipment in accordance with specifications <br />now on file in her office, and that upon approval by the Board of Control, the Mayor is <br />hereby authorized to enter into a contract and execute same on behalf of the City of North <br />Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That this resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare and for <br />the further reason that it is immediately necessary to support the Recreation program <br />through the pro shop, and further provided it receives the affirmative vote oftwo-thirds of <br />all members of Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage <br />and approval by they~ Mayor. / / <br />PASSE 1~C,~ S ~ l 7 <br />t <br />ST: / <br />L ~ <br />c G~L~i.R-e.~ emu-,.- as-~1L~.~..-z <br />Barbara L.
