(c) Permit and Charges in Addition to Other Requirements The permit and charges provided for in subsections (a) and (b) hereof shall be in addition to any other permits and charges for in subsections (a) and (b) hereof shall be in addition to any other permits and charges required by any other legislation and regulations of the City. (d) Pen 1 Any person, natural or corporate, who violates any provision of subsection (a) or (b) hereof, shall be fined twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per day for any such violation, and each day's continued violation shall constitute a separate offense. (e) Disposition of Mongy~ All charges collected pursuant to subsections (a) and (b) hereof shall be deposited in the Sewer Revenue Fund established by Section 4 of the Mortgage Revenue Bond Ordinance (Ordinance 3146, passed November 3, 1960) authorizing the issuance of one million five hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($1,525,000.00) first mortgage sewerage system revenue bonds. 911.09 SEWER CONNECTIONS: TAP-IN PERMIT, FEE AND PENALTY (a) Tap-In Charge Required From and after January 1, 1972, no person, corporation, public agency, partnership or association whatsoever shall connect, or cause to be connected, any building or other structure in the City either directly or indirectly with the municipal sanitary sewerage system for the purpose of discharging sanitary sewage or industrial waste therefrom without first securing for the Service Director a permit four such purpose in a form prescribed by the Director and without first paying a tap- in charge determined in accordance with the provision of subsection (b) hereof.
