,~.:.. <br />(c) Permit and Charges in Addition to Other Requirements The permit and <br />charges provided for in subsections (a) and (b) hereof shall be in addition to any other <br />permits and charges for in subsections (a) and (b) hereof shall be in addition to any other <br />permits and charges required by any other legislation and regulations of the City. <br />(d) Pen 1 Any person, natural or corporate, who violates any provision of <br />subsection (a) or (b) hereof, shall be fined twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per day for any <br />such violation, and each day's continued violation shall constitute a separate offense. <br />(e) Disposition of Mongy~ All charges collected pursuant to subsections (a) <br />and (b) hereof shall be deposited in the Sewer Revenue Fund established by Section 4 of <br />the Mortgage Revenue Bond Ordinance (Ordinance 3146, passed November 3, 1960) <br />authorizing the issuance of one million five hundred twenty-five thousand dollars <br />($1,525,000.00) first mortgage sewerage system revenue bonds. <br />911.09 SEWER CONNECTIONS: TAP-IN PERMIT, FEE AND PENALTY <br />(a) Tap-In Charge Required From and after January 1, 1972, no person, <br />corporation, public agency, partnership or association whatsoever shall connect, or cause <br />to be connected, any building or other structure in the City either directly or indirectly <br />with the municipal sanitary sewerage system for the purpose of discharging sanitary <br />sewage or industrial waste therefrom without first securing for the Service Director a <br />permit four such purpose in a form prescribed by the Director and without first paying a <br />tap- in charge determined in accordance with the provision of subsection (b) hereof. <br />(b) Schedule of Tap-In Charges Based on Benefited Units The Service Director <br />shall not issue a permit for the purpose described in subsection (a) hereof until the <br />applicant therefor has paid atap-in charge to be determined in accordance with the <br />following: <br />If Permit Obtained From: Benefited Unit of One <br />Property in <br />Property in Citv Olmsted Township <br />From January 1, 1985 to March 31, 1988 $ 555.00 $ 924.00 <br />From April 1, 1988 to Apri130, 1989 625.00 1,024.00 <br />From May 1, 1989 thereafter 700.00 1,100.00 <br />Such incremental charges are designed to offset in part the interest costs incurred <br />by the City in issuing notes and bonds and the loan from the Ohio Water Development <br />Authority to pay the cost of construction improvements and extensions to the <br />sewerage system which were not revered by special assessments.. <br />
